Virtuoso jazz saxophonist and clarinetist, Victor Goines has served as president and chief executive officer of Jazz St. Louis since September 2022. From 2000 to 2007, he was director of the jazz program at Juilliard.

He has composed and performed more than 200 original works, which include Jazz at Lincoln Center with Wynton Marsalis and ASCAP commissions.
